I must also add that Realtek is not in the control panel when switched to the large icon view.The Realtek Digital Output shows decibel movement on the graph of the Sound Playback section and is set as default device but no audio is heard.It disappears when headphones are unplugged from the front port. ![]() While headphones are plugged into a port on front of PC, the "Speakers (Realtek (R) Audio)" continuously appears then disappears in both the Sounds panel & Device manager.Some things I have noticed while troubleshooting. Uninstalled Voicemeter Banana & Drivers from PC (Audio ports didn't work before I installed either).I have not rolled back to any old drivers because the audio ports have not worked since I've purchased this PC brand-new 6 months ago.Gone into BIOS to make sure HD audio is enabled.Updated all realtek to most recent drivers.Uninstalled & Reinstalled all Realtek drivers 1 I have downloaded the latest realtek driver from guru3d (2.82).Change high frequency and low frequency sounds. They are all suggesting doing the same thing which I've tried and not working. Boom 3D is an audio enhancement software that offers a powerful equalizer so you can get the best sound quality. I edit a lot, and prefer to do so through headphones, so I plug them into the headphone jack in the front panel.
